The Satellite Awards are run by the International Press Academy. Unlike the Hollywood Foreign Press who are now semi-independent of the Golden Globes, the Satellites are still acting like the Globes of Old while taking a few cues from them in terms of foreign language nominees. Napoleon and Ferrari had their best showings here in spite of being shut out most everywhere else.
