BAFTA voters have confirmed some of our suspicions but also thrown a gear into the works of several categories. Three of the four acting winners are likely to repeat at the Oscars, though if Brody loses at SAG, that could create a different narrative. Conclave proved more appealing than Anora, which makes sense considering the subject matter. Most of the below-the-line categories also solidified. An interesting list if not even creating more confusion in categories like Best Picture, Best Directing, and Best Actress.
