The Annie Award nominations came out earlier this month when I wasn’t paying enough attention. The easy winner is The Wild Robot, though Inside Out 2 and Wallace & Gromit also did well. Not doing as well as it should have were Flow and Memoir of a Snail, which barely earned nominations, though they at least picked up the important top-line nominations. That Christmas seems to be the overperformer of the year with this group.
