A surprising film for Best Picture. It won’t make Wicked a winner but it will put it into the Best Picture race. Interesting how The Brutalist didn’t make the cut but Juror #2 did. The NBR has a thing for Clint Eastwood, so that’s no surprise. Kieran Culkin is so far the only duplicate acting winner, which could put him into a position for a nomination, hot on the Emmy love fest they had for him in Succession.
