Wesley Lovell: With the Costume Designers Guild awards going about as expected, it seems certain that Wicked will undoubtedly take this prize and will be one of the few certainties going in. What could beat it? Probably not much but probably Nosferatu as none of the rest seem like potential winners.
Pete Patrick: Surely, Wicked has this in the bag, but if there’s an upset Costume Guild’s contemporary winner, Conclave could be the beneficiary.
Thomas La Tourrette: The guild awarded three of these films, but the utter favorite still has to be Wicked for the bright and colorful costumes. Nosferatu might stand a chance of pulling an upset, but I do not see any of the others having any chance of winning.
